*Nurses who know my child took care of her.
*Personal care needs improvement simple staff suctioning, wiping child's mouth and checking nappy.
*If parent is sleeping nurses should let them sleep and care another nurse just to turn child over. Parent shouldn't be woken up specially for hourly turns.
*Nurses should follow parents/dieticians instruction and not do what's easy/time saving for them.

He was attended to very well.
Nurses were very friendly and so were the doctors to my child and me.
The facilities were good and clean.
Well maintained too.
Food was good and my son enjoyed the toys provided in the room.
Only negative would be an efficient discharge process could be put into place.

The staff was very caring and sensitive to my needs.
Very polite and knew what they were about.
They were very gentle when handling me.
However it was not until I asked one of the listens if the cleaners were on strike her reply was no! I told her the bathroom nearest to bed I had not been cleaned since Tuesday. She said she would get someone onto it and so said so done for the bins were overflowing.

The staff were very kind and handled me in a friendly way I felt very safe and comfortable around the,.
They showed me love.
I didn't notice anything that really needed improving for the time I stayed.
